The delivery tracking feature uses GPS integration to show real-time driver location. The app replaced the restaurant manual phone ordering system and eliminated Rs.45,000/month in third-party platform commissions by bringing orders in-house.

How We Built This Project
A 8 weeks engagement for the Food & Hospitality sector using Flutter, Firebase, Razorpay.
The client was paying 25–30% commission on every order through third-party delivery platforms. Our goal was to build a branded ordering app that eliminated those fees while providing a better customer experience. We chose Flutter for cross-platform development to cover both Android and iOS from a single codebase.
The app features real-time kitchen status updates so customers can track their order from preparation to delivery. Push notifications alert users about order status changes, new menu items, and promotions. Razorpay handles payments with support for UPI, cards, and cash on delivery.
The app now processes 200+ daily orders with zero platform commission, saving the client significant revenue each month. It maintains a 4.7-star rating on the Google Play Store.
