What Every Project Includes

• ✓Discovery and strategy session: requirements gathering, scope definition, technical recommendations.
• ✓Design phase: wireframes, brand-aligned visuals, and 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
• ✓Development: clean, performant code with version control, code reviews, and milestone demos.
• ✓Quality assurance: cross-browser testing, mobile responsiveness, performance audits, and accessibility checks.
• ✓Deployment: domain setup, SSL configuration, DNS, and production launch.
• ✓Post-launch support: 30-90 days of bug fixes and minor adjustments included (length depends on package).
• ✓Documentation and handoff: source code, admin training, and how-to guides for non-technical staff.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

1. 50% advance is required at project kickoff. The remaining 50% is split across milestones (typically design approval, dev completion, and launch).
2. If you cancel within 7 days of project start and no design work has begun, we refund 80% of the advance (we keep 20% for discovery and onboarding time already spent).
3. After design work begins, refunds are calculated based on completed deliverables. You only pay for work actually done — we do not bill for incomplete phases.
4. For ongoing services (SEO, digital marketing, maintenance), monthly billing has no lock-in. Cancel any time with 14 days notice; the current month is non-refundable.
5. All refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Disputes are handled per our Terms of Service.
