The core technical challenge was real-time inventory synchronization across three physical stores and the online platform. We designed a central inventory service that updates stock counts within seconds of any sale — whether it happens in-store or online — preventing overselling and stock discrepancies.
We built the storefront with React and integrated Razorpay for payments, with support for UPI, cards, and net banking. The admin dashboard gives store managers a unified view of orders, inventory levels, and customer data across all locations. A loyalty program was added to encourage repeat purchases.
