What's the typical project tech stack?

Next.js 16 (App Router) + Tailwind + Drizzle ORM + Supabase Postgres. We use Vercel for deployment, Drizzle Kit for migrations, and Drizzle for type-safe queries. Most projects ship server components first, client only when needed.

Will I work alone or as part of a team?

Always with a team. Each project has at least 1 senior engineer + 1 designer + 1 PM. Code reviews are required on every PR. We don't ship cowboy code.

Where is this role based?

All Redpulse Software roles are based in Karur, Tamil Nadu. We follow a hybrid model — most teammates work from our Karur office 3–4 days a week and remote 1–2 days, with flexibility around personal needs.
