Drive organic growth for our clients by developing and executing SEO strategies across on-page optimization, technical SEO, local search, and content planning. You will conduct keyword research, perform site audits, optimize Google Business Profiles, build citation networks, and track rankings using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. You will work closely with our web development and content teams to ensure every website we deliver is search-engine friendly from day one. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven decision making and wants to see direct impact on client revenue through search visibility.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms for our clients. You will manage campaign budgets, write ad copy, design audience targeting strategies, set up conversion tracking, and deliver monthly performance reports with clear ROI metrics. You will work with businesses across Tamil Nadu — from textile manufacturers to healthcare clinics — helping them generate qualified leads and sales through paid search and social advertising. This role requires analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms.

Create and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Support the marketing team with campaign execution, analytics reporting, and content creation across digital channels.

Drive user acquisition and retention through data-driven experiments, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

Manage and optimize CRM systems for our clients and internal operations. You will configure CRM workflows, set up lead scoring and pipeline automation, create email sequences, and generate reports that help sales teams close more deals. You will also assist in implementing CRM solutions for client projects — understanding their sales process, mapping it to CRM features, and training their teams on best practices. This role bridges the gap between technology and business process, making it ideal for someone who understands both sales workflows and software configuration.
